The Miyawaki Forest Creation Method
When I visited earth.fm, I read their blog and instantly became fascinated by the Miyawaki method. Named after its creator Dr Akira Miyawaki, this strategy is used to create new, biodiverse, and multi-layered native forests. What typically takes 150 to 200 years to grow, you can now create dense native forests in just 20 to 30 years! Some folks started to create tiny forests the size of a tennis court. Others go for more urban areas. I'm eager to jump on the bandwagon cuz you can never have enough trees in life.
